Shipping and delivery

MooMenn is a marketplace. Products are supplied and fulfilled by independent marketplace suppliers, so dispatch location, delivery options and delivery times can vary by product, supplier and delivery destination.

Delivery destinations: Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the United States. Availability depends on the product, supplier and destination; checkout shows the delivery options for your basket.

Available delivery options and charges are shown at checkout for the items in your basket. Please do not rely on estimates shown elsewhere on the site when the checkout shows a different delivery service or timeframe.

Orders containing products from more than one supplier may arrive in separate parcels. Each parcel can have its own delivery timeframe and tracking information.

Dispatch and tracking

Suppliers prepare orders after payment is confirmed. When a supplier provides tracking information, it will be made available with your order.

International deliveries

Customs processing can delay a delivery.
