Delivery costs before you buy

MooMenn serves the United States, Canada and the European destinations listed in our Shipping policy. Available services, prices and delivery estimates depend on the brand or supplier, the products and your delivery address. Shipping is calculated at checkout and shown before payment.

Products ship directly from the relevant brands or suppliers. A basket containing products from different suppliers may have separate parcels, separate tracking and shipping charges for each shipment. Review the combined shipping cost before placing your order.

There is no universal flat rate or free-shipping threshold. Only a shipping offer expressly shown for your order at checkout applies. Customs processing can affect international delivery times. See the shipping policy for taxes, duties and delivery support.

14-day return requests in every country we serve

For every supplier, log in to your MooMenn account, open the relevant order, select the items you wish to return and submit the return request. MooMenn reviews your request and sends you the return instructions once it is accepted.

Request an eligible return within 14 days after delivery, starting from the last item delivered for an order arriving separately. Ordinary change-of-mind returns go to the same supplier location from which the item was shipped, as confirmed in your return instructions; you arrange and pay for the return postage and shipping label where permitted by applicable law and disclosed before purchase. Mandatory rights for faulty or incorrect goods remain unaffected. Read the Return and refund policy for the dispatch deadline, conditions and refunds.

If you cannot access your account or submit a return request, email care@moomenn.com. Our review concerns return arrangements. It does not restrict your statutory right to cancel or affect any statutory remedy or refund deadline.
