Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery estimates and available services are shown at checkout and may vary by destination, product, brand and fulfilment location.

Delivery terms — DAP
Unless a different term is clearly shown at checkout, international deliveries are made on a Delivered at Place (DAP) basis. The shipping charge shown at checkout covers the delivery service selected for the order.

Under DAP, the customer is the importer of record and is responsible for any import duties, customs charges, brokerage or clearance fees, local taxes, and other charges imposed by the destination country or carrier. These charges are not included in MooMenn’s shipping charge and may be collected before or at delivery.

Orders may be dispatched from the United Kingdom, Belgium or another fulfilment location shown for the product. Orders containing products from different brands or locations may arrive in separate parcels with separate tracking details.

Please check the delivery option, charge and estimated delivery time shown at checkout before completing payment. Customs clearance can cause delays beyond the stated estimate. For delivery questions, contact salam@moomenn.com with your order number.
