Shipping & Delivery

Orders are normally prepared for courier collection within 1–2 business days. Delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates and begin after dispatch.

European Union

Products supplied by QABA'IL SQ are dispatched from our warehouse in France. EU customers use the normal checkout process with simple destination-based shipping rates. Because these shipments move within the EU, no import-duty prepayment option is added at checkout.

Current standard France-origin rates (2–3 business days):

France: €5.90
Belgium, Luxembourg and Netherlands: €7.50
Germany: €8.50
Denmark: €11.00
Ireland, Italy, Portugal and Spain: €13.50
Finland, Poland and Sweden: €14.90
Austria: €17.90

The final available service, delivery estimate and price are confirmed at checkout.

United States and Canada

For United States orders, checkout displays the currently available tracked delivery options and confirms the final price and delivery estimate before payment.

Canada remains unavailable while a verified duties-paid (DDP) delivery setup is being completed. The checkout price must explicitly state that import duties and taxes are included before any duties-paid service is described as available.

Other non-EU destinations

For destinations outside the EU other than the United States and Canada, checkout displays the available shipping rate. Import duties, taxes or customs handling charges may apply unless checkout explicitly states that they are included. Customs processing can also affect delivery times.

Split shipments

MooMenn is a marketplace. An order containing products from different suppliers may arrive in separate parcels, with separate tracking and delivery estimates.
